Support FAQ

Questions before the next step.

Start with the question behind the detail. These answers help prepare a selection or enquiry; applicable model records govern the final configuration.

Selection & specification

Where should I start if I have an idea but no product selected?

Start with the intended effect: a visible contour, concealed light, atmosphere, identity or an outdoor detail. Share a sketch, section or reference image and describe the viewing position, materials and environment. You do not need every product choice resolved to explain the idea.

Can any flexible light line follow any curve?

No. Bending direction and minimum radius are specific to the product. Show the emitting face and path in plan and section, especially where direction changes. Confirm the suitable configuration before committing to a curve or assuming the product can twist.

Does an outdoor application establish the product’s protection rating?

No. Outdoor suitability depends on the selected product, termination and actual exposure. Describe the location and conditions, then check the applicable ingress rating and operating limits for the finished assembly. An outdoor design reference alone does not establish those values.

What needs to be specified together?

Coordinate the light line, profile, diffusion, connections, sealing, driver, load and control method. Check their documented compatibility as one system. If dimming is required, include intended scenes and operating range rather than relying only on a control label.

Documents & installation

Where can I get a datasheet, drawing or photometric file?

Use the technical-datasheet directory to identify the record you need. Verified download files are not available here. Request the applicable record with the model or article code, selected options, document type and relevant drawing; sample listings should not be used as specification files.

Can I install a product using this website’s diagrams?

No. The illustrations explain design and document relationships. They are not wiring, cutting, mounting or sealing instructions. Obtain the model-specific installation record and use appropriately qualified personnel for electrical work and safety checks.

Enquiries & feedback

What should I include in a custom-product enquiry?

Include intended appearance, shape, output, color, lengths and connections, with a drawing or reference explaining the detail. Identify fixed constraints and flexible preferences. Feasibility, available options and commercial terms need confirmation for the particular enquiry.

Can I ask about samples or technical assistance?

Yes. Use the contact route to ask about product information, samples or technical assistance. Explain what the review should establish, such as the appearance of a visible line, its effect on a material or its fit within a detail. Confirm availability, costs and timing directly.

Where should I report a product concern?

Use the product-feedback page to prepare an enquiry. Include the product reference, affected configuration and a clear description of the observation. Keep photographs and project information relevant to the issue; avoid sharing unrelated personal or confidential details.
